NUKEM Introduces New Leadership Structure to Support Strategic Growth

In response to growing international opportunities and increasing market demands, NUKEM Technologies Engineering Services GmbH (NUKEM), with the full support of its Japanese parent company Muroosystems Corporation, has implemented a new leadership structure to strengthen its strategic direction and operational excellence.
The new framework clearly separates management oversight from operational execution, combining Japan’s well-established Executive Officer system with Germany’s legally recognized Prokurist (authorized signatory) structure under the German Commercial Code. This hybrid governance model ensures both operational flexibility and legal stability.
Key Appointments and Executive Structure (as of May 2025)
As part of the updated leadership team, the following key personnel have been appointed:
Name | Title |
Thomas Seipolt | Executive Officer, President |
Pan Zhongxin | Executive Officer, Chairman |
Nobuaki Ninomiya | Executive Officer, Managing Director |
Sergey Molodtsov | Executive Officer, COO, Director of Operations |
Christian Jurianz | Executive Officer, Director of Business Development & Sales |
Manoel Landrieu | Executive Officer, Director of Engineering |
Dimitri Nemirovski | Director of Finance |
Felix Langer | Technology Officer |
In addition, starting in May 2025, Thomas Seipolt will assume the role of CEO of NUKEM International Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore.
Purpose and Objectives
The enhanced leadership structure is designed to:
- Increase agility in strategic execution and clarify individual responsibilities
- Strengthen legal compliance as a German corporation
- Maximize synergies through integrated management with the parent company
- Improve transparency and reliability for international stakeholders
By combining the strengths of Japan’s Executive Officer system with the German Prokura system, NUKEM aims to streamline decision-making processes, enhance flexibility, and ensure clear responsibilities across all business areas.
“Continuity is key for our customers, partners, and employees,” said Thomas Seipolt, President. “We remain committed to our mission and will continue to drive innovation through our trusted leadership team.”
“This new structure enables us to sharpen our focus on strategic priorities, while preserving the expertise of our experienced management,” added Nobuaki Ninomiya, Managing Director. “We are creating the necessary conditions for sustainable global growth.”
“We will continue to focus on strengthening project execution and improving operational performance to support our long-term development,” commented Sergey Molodtsov, Chief Operating Officer.
With this step, NUKEM strengthens its strategic alignment, reinforces its ability to operate effectively in international markets, and establishes a clear framework for sustainable growth - particularly across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Having previously served on the management team, Nobuaki Ninomiya will now continue as the sole Managing Director of the company. Former Managing Directors Thomas Seipolt, Sergey Molodtsov, and Zhongxin Pan will remain with NUKEM in senior operational roles. Each has been granted full commercial signing authority (Prokura) under German commercial law and will assume responsibility for critical operational functions.
Further initiatives to expand NUKEM’s capabilities and partnerships internationally are already underway.
