Our history dates back to 1960, when NUKEM Nuklearchemie und Metallurgie GmbH was founded. Initially, the company focused on uranium processing and nuclear fuel fabrication. NUKEM gained international recognition through its intensive research and development work. In response to changes in the nuclear energy industry in Germany, the company expanded its business in the 1970s to include nuclear engineering and plant construction. Since 2024, NUKEM Technologies Engineering Services is a subsidiary of Muroosystems Corp., a leading Japanese company in the fields of renewable energy and digital infrastructure.
