Alzenau, 30th April 2019. In September 2018 NUKEM Technologies (NUKEM) was awarded a contract for the design and supply of the process equipment for the Khmelnitsky NPP in the Ukraine. The new waste treatment centre will now also be fitted out with a NUKEM’s sorting and fragmentation facility.
Alzenau, 29th April 2019. The European Commission awarded a contract for the specification of waste forms to allow safe treatment, storage and disposal of problematic radioactive wastes held at Ukrainian nuclear energy facilities to the consortium comprised of Plejades GmbH (consortium lead), Brenk Systemplanung GmbH und NUKEM Technologies.
Alzenau, 26th April 2019. The contract between Franco Belge de Fabrication de Combustible (FBFC) International and NUKEM Technologies was extended to include the radiological characterization of additional 18.000 t of soil.
Alzenau, 25th April 2019. The Uniper Anlagenservice led consortium with NUKEM Technologies has been awarded a contract for the dismantling of two reactor pressure vessels at Oskarshamn and two reactor pressure vessels at Barsebäck.
