Participation in the raffle is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase any products. The raffle is not associated with LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by LinkedIn. § 1 General

The opening date for entries is 07.12.2022 at 10:00, and the deadline is 31.12.2022 at 23:59.

§ 2 Participants / exclusion from the contest

Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Every participant can only take part once. Employees of NUKEM Technologies GmbH & NUKEM Technologies Engineering Services GmbH are excluded from participation. In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, NUKEM Technologies Engineering Services GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the drawing.

§ 3 Execution, settlement, prizes

A participant enters the raffle by liking and sharing the LinkedIn post announcing the prize draw and by following the company page.

1. Only participants who complete the above steps during the specified raffle period will be considered for the drawing. Participation after the deadline will not be considered.
2. One winner will be selected from all participants who have liked the post.
3. The following prize can be won: one cuddly toy nuclear power plant "NUKI".
4. The winner will be drawn at random by means of a random number generator.
5. The winner will be contacted via a personal LinkedIn message.
6. The winner must acknowledge the prize within 1 day of notification by replying via LinkedIn direct message and providing the address to which the gain should be sent. If the winner fails to reply within this time, the prize will be raffled off again.
7. The prize draw is held by NUKEM Technologies Engineering Services GmbH.
8. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

§ 4 Premature termination of the raffle

NUKEM reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice. NUKEM will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, it is not possible to guarantee that the raffle can be carried out properly. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, NUKEM may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

The result of the prize drawing will be final and binding in all respects and not subject to legal recourse. The conditions of participation and the legal relationship between the participants and NUKEM Technologies Engineering Services GmbH are subject exclusively to German law.
