Global settlement regarding the Waste Treatment Project at Ignalina NPP signed

NUKEM Technologies is glad to announce that yesterday Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant and NUKEM Technologies signed the so-called Global Settlement regarding the so-called B234 Project.

The comprehensive agreement covers project changes as well as schedule adjustments.

After the long-lasting negotiations this agreement will now provide the basis for completing the Waste Treatment and Storage Facility in the shortest possible time.

This belt conveyor free release measuring system represents the latest addition to the well-established FREMES-BM10 measuring system, which has already proven its reliability across multiple continents by radiologically characterizing and classifying several hundred thousand tonnes of material.
